Tallai has been working with Tier 1 construction companies for over 15 years, whether as a subcontractor or embedded as part of their team, delivering their projects. Through this experience, we have an aligned expectation in regard to project performance, including how we deliver on our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality commitments. In addition, Tallai has worked closely with asset owners, designers and consultants to provide project / program management services from project concept through to delivery including constructability, risk, procurement, scheduling and estimating services.
Tallai has built strong relationships with both large and smaller contractors, with a focus on delivering what is best for successful project outcomes for all parties including clients.
Tallai has unique relationships with smaller competent contractors that would struggle with working directly for the tier 1 contractors especially complying with their systems and documentation obligations. Where we don’t self-perform works, we work with our subcontractors to manage those contract obligations, we own the risk of the tier 1 contract, support with planning and supervision and let our subcontractors focus on what they excel at – delivering efficiently and safely. We work with our subcontractors to manage risk, which allows us to be competitive with our price.
