Tam has 20 years of experience in precontract and commercial management across multi discipline projects. Coming from an estimating background Tam has extensive experience in the procurement and risk management process from tendering through to project delivery.

His adaptability to change and taking on new challenges has seen his involvement in project with increasing in size and complexity.

This has expanded his skills into Tallai’s Pre Contracts area, with a focus on Strategic opportunities and Partnerships which has contributed to Tallai’s growth and successful track record.
