Paul Mountney

Over 35 years’ experience in a broad range of roles and industry sectors managing operations of multi mullion dollar companies as well as many successful mega/major programs and projects. Paul was the founder of Tallai back in 2005 and has been responsible for the delivery of a $750M program of works for APLNG, an Operations Manager for Abigroup/Lend Lease and responsible for the successful delivery of a $240M program of works for the Hunter Treatment Alliance. Paul ensures success by creating excellent relationships at all levels through strong governance structures which leads to issues being raised early and reaching successful resolution. He is passionate about Safety and leads the Tallai HSE team.
