The Whitsunday Regional Council (WRC) project included the construction of two new water treatment plants. Specifically, one for Proserpine and one for Bowen. The projects were delivered as a construct only fixed-price contract with minor design elements.  Abigroup engaged Tallai to manage the project, specifically the building works which entailed Control and Admin Building, Main Switch room Building and the Chemical Dosing Building.

The Total Project Value was $50M and the value of the building works was $4.1M
