TasWater CDO Alliance

The TasWater CDO Alliance is a four-year program of works with an option of a two-year extension. The program of works included numerous projects and renewals works involving both wastewater and water treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines and dams. The program has an anticipated total value of $1.2B.

TasWater, UGL, CPB and WSP have partnered to deliver the TasWater CDO Alliance. UGL engaged Tallai with the responsibility to provide TOC/PBE management, procurement management and scheduling.
