The ICON Water Alliance was a program of works including numerous projects all upgrades based on the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre (LMWQCC) site. The program had a total value of $150M.
ICON Water and Downer Utilities partnered to deliver the ICON Water Alliance. Downer engaged Tallai with the responsibility to provide TOC Management, Design Coordination, TOC Estimating, Procurement Management, Constructability Reviews and Risk Analysis.
