The Hunter Treatment Alliance (HTA) was program of works including nine projects of which eight was upgrades of wastewater treatment plants and the final project was a greenfield water recycling plant. The program had a total value of $240M.
Hunter Water, Abigroup and CH2MHill partnered to deliver the Hunter Treatment Alliance. Abigroup engaged Tallai to provide program management, TOC management, estimating and design coordination.
