The Bulk Water Alliance (BWA) was a four-project program of works. The BWA program included the upgrade of 2 Dams and 2 new transfer pumps station/pipelines. The program had a total value of $750M.

ActewAGL, Abigroup, John Holland and GHD partnered to deliver the Bulk Water Alliance. Abigroup engaged Tallai to provide project management, TOC management and estimating of the Murrumbidgee to Googong Pipeline (M2G) project. The project TOC had stalled for over a year and Tallai ensured the TOC was completed in under 6 months.
