Tallai with G&K Civil Pty Ltd were engaged to undertake the above ground civils package delivered as 6 separable portions under a lump sum contract. The Project Value was $2.5 M.

Works included

• Earthworks, Drainage, Hydraulics & Conduits,
• Stormwater installation, incl.20t ECOSOL GPT
• Pavement, Kerbs, Gutter & Line marking
• Flexible and rigid pavement construction
• Various hand place and extruded kerb profiles.
• Road Furniture including bollards, fence and gates
• Installation of street lighting and associated infrastructure.
• Cast insitu concrete retaining wall to Class 2 finish, including footing and capping beams.

Some key achievements were the collaborative approach to deliver and manage multiple 3rd parties in a congested area along with a value add to client through engineering and proposing alternative solutions.
