Sydney Water Odour Management Program Alliance was a successful five-year program of works for the upgrade of odour management at multiple water plants. The program had a total value of $150M.

Sydney Water, Abigroup and CH2MHill partnered to deliver the Sydney Water Odour Management Program Alliance Treatment Alliance. Abigroup engaged Tallai to establish the Alliance bid team. Post award Tallai provided program management.
