St Vincent de Paul recently purchased properties on Railway St in Southport, Queensland with the intent to move its South Coast Diocese Gold Coast operations and call centre from its current location in Arundel. St Vincent de Paul engaged Tallai to undertake the refurbishment and fit out of the property.

The facilities to be delivered was a Call Centre/Offices, Retail Shop and the HUB. The Project Value was $1.35M
