We’ve invested in Procore

Tallai are using the construction industry’s most widely used construction management software.

Procore has now been rolled out across our projects from procurement, project management / controls to project completion and handover.

By implementing technology and innovation into our day to day on site management and record keeping, our supervisors are each equipped with tablets which ensures all project drawings and documents are the latest available onsite and readily available.

We also have real time data with regards to cost and progress tracking, which provides accurate project health checks.

Plus, we have reduced our printing requirements significantly, which aligns with our sustainability targets.

Whilst it has taken a lot of persistence in our project services and support to streamline the rollout, it has truly made it so much easier for our project teams to adopt, own and see the benefit.

We are very proud of our people and their approach to improving Tallai and the level of service we provide our clients.

Also a shout out to Procore for the training and customising to suit our way of doing business.
